Rates

Weekly: $700 - USD
Weekly rentals are only available during the months of June, July and August
Monthly: $2000 USD
Monthly rentals are available during June thru August and
October thru March of the following year.
There is a three month minimum from January - March.
We are closed the months of April, May and September.
Prices are based on double occupancy. Extra person is $20 usd per night.
         
Building Policies

+ Any cancellations within 90 days are only refundable (minus a 25% cancellation charge) if the apartment can be rented unless otherwise agreed upon by management.
+ A month is composed of 30 days.
+ Check in is after 3:00 p.m. and before 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made.
+ Check out is 10:00 a.m.
+ The owner will not be held responsible for injury, loss or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the rental property.
+ Until payment of a deposit, rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
